Colocation: Ship Your Hardware
Ship or bring your equipment to our facility. For dedicated servers, your hardware is already on-site — we’ll begin configuration once your order is confirmed.
Installation & Setup
Dedicated Servers: We configure hardware to your spec and install the OS. Most builds complete within 2 hours.
Colocation: Our team rack-mounts your equipment, runs cabling, connects power, and gets you on the network per your requirements.
You’re Live
Your equipment is racked, connected, and monitored. Our in-house team is available 24/7 from day one.

Getting Started
Colocation means you own your servers and other hardware, and we provide the physical space, power, cooling, and network connectivity to keep them running in our data center.
You ship or bring your equipment to our facility. Our team racks it in your cabinet space, connects it to power and the network, and monitors it around the clock. You control your hardware remotely, just as if it were in your own office — but with enterprise-grade infrastructure around it.
Browse our Dedicated Server plans, pick the hardware class and configuration that fits your workload, and use the quote form on that page. We’ll confirm availability, finalize your spec, and get you credentials once the server is provisioned — typically within one business day for standard configurations.
All accounts are month-to-month unless you agree to contract terms. If you’d like to discuss locking in a contract, our sales and billing team can walk you through the options available for your account. Get in touch to get started.
Infrastructure
Our 99.9% uptime SLA applies to the network and power infrastructure we provide — not to your individual hardware, which we don’t control. 99.9% uptime allows for approximately 8.7 hours of downtime per year, or roughly 44 minutes per month.
If downtime from a Cyber Wurx infrastructure failure exceeds 15 consecutive minutes, you can request a service credit. Credits are capped at 7 days of service per month and must be requested within 2 business days. Scheduled maintenance, customer equipment and software, third-party or off-network issues, and force majeure events are excluded. Full terms are in section 7 of our Terms of Service.
Our facility uses N+1 redundancy on all power systems — UPS, PDUs, and RPPs. Generator backup with on-site fuel provides protection against utility outages.
Redundant A+B power options are also available and vary depending on your account plan. Redundant power can be installed to your cabinet at any time — contact us for pricing details.
See full power specs on the Data Center page.
We maintain multiple 10 and 100Gbps connections to major carriers including Level(3) and PCCW, and operate a redundant multi-homed BGP network. Customer-facing connections range from 1Gbps to 10Gbps depending on your plan. All plans are carrier-neutral — cross-connects to on-site carriers are available.
Support & Access
Our NOC is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by both on-site and remote technicians — all Cyber Wurx employees, never a third-party help desk or AI. You can reach us by phone at 1-888-874-4592 or by email at support@cyberwurx.com at any time. Existing customers should open tickets through the Customer Center for tracked support requests.
Our support center also runs automated, up-to-the-minute monitoring of the network. We receive alerts of connection or service outages near instantaneously.
We also offer enhanced monitoring for individual accounts, which sends automatic email alerts if we detect an outage on one of your servers or IPs. Contact our sales team for details about adding this to your account.
Yes. Colocation customers may access their equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Before your visit, you must submit a Facility Access Authorization ticket through the Customer Center so your request has been submitted to building security ahead of your arrival. Failure to submit an access request in advance may result in delays getting you into the facility.
When you arrive, check in at the main security desk with a valid photo ID and your account information.
Customers are issued a short-term badge covering the duration of each visit. Long-term badges are generally not provided to non-contract customers. Contact our support team for more details about long-term badge access to the facility.
Open a support ticket in the Customer Center with the details of what you need. For urgent issues, call our NOC directly at 1-888-874-4592.
Non-emergency remote hands requests — such as installing new equipment — should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. This gives our on-site team time to properly schedule the work.
The first 5 minutes of remote hands are included with every colocation plan. KVM access is available at no charge for the first 1 hour per calendar month. Additional time is billed at current rates. See the Services page for a full list of what each service covers.
Equipment & Installation
- No cardboard is allowed out on the data center floor. Any packages or items must be unpacked before being brought into the server room.
- All servers must be installed on 4-post rails. Servers cannot be installed directly to cabinets by the “rack ears” on the server, and unsecured servers are not permitted — all equipment must be secured to the cabinet using 10-32 rack nuts and bolts.
- Servers and other equipment must be racked for front-to-back airflow — cool air drawn from the cold aisle, hot air exhausted into the hot aisle. Do not block or redirect airflow or defeat hot/cold-aisle containment. Equipment installed improperly must be corrected right away; if it isn’t, Cyber Wurx may reinstall it at our discretion and convenience.
- Cameras are not permitted to be installed in cabinet space.
- Full-cabinet customers should provide their own cabinet-mount “0U” PDU rated for their cabinet’s power. Our techs can recommend PDU models to fit your cabinet’s power outlet and rating, and Cyber Wurx may also be able to lease suitable PDUs — contact our sales team for details.
Yes, via our remote hands equipment installation service. Our on-site staff will receive and inspect your shipment, unbox and stage the equipment, rack-mount it, run power and network cabling within your cabinet, and handle labeling and basic documentation. Before shipping hardware to us, open a support ticket so we can schedule receiving and coordinate the installation.
Installing a server that is 2U or larger requires two technicians on-site for safety and liability reasons. Because of this, 2U+ installs must be planned and scheduled in advance rather than requested same-day — the standard 24-hour remote hands scheduling window applies at minimum, and larger or more complex installs may need more lead time.
OS configuration and software setup aren’t included with installation — see Linux System Administration on our Support Services page, or ask about adding it to your request. Installation is billed hourly; contact us for rates.
Yes. We can store spare parts, components, and equipment you’re not actively running in a secure, climate-controlled storage area separate from the data center floor. Storage is billed monthly based on how much space you use — by the individual item or by the shelf. Contact us for current rates.
Your cabinet, cage, and the data center floor are for equipment that is installed and in active use — they can’t be used to store idle hardware, boxes, or packing material. Use equipment storage for anything that needs to be kept on hand but isn’t racked and running.
Billing & Compliance
Every plan includes 24/7 NOC support, multi-layered facility security, N+1 climate control, UPS and generator-backed power, a 1Gbps network port (upgradeable), and access to the Customer Center portal. Colocation plans also include the first 5 minutes of remote hands and the first 1 hour of KVM access per month at no extra charge.
Overages (bandwidth beyond your allotment, additional remote hands time, cross-connects, etc.) are billed separately. See individual plan pages for full details.

Yes. Our standard plans cover most common deployments, but we regularly quote custom configurations — non-standard power, private cages, multi-cabinet rows, custom network builds, and more. Contact us and describe what you need; we’ll price it out with no pressure or obligation.
