b. Information Collected Automatically

We do not use analytics, advertising, or visitor-profiling tools on our website. Like most web servers, however, ours automatically records standard server log entries when you visit, which include:

  • Date and time of visit
  • Referring website URL
  • Pages requested

Controller/Processor Role: For customer account and billing information, Cyber Wurx acts as a data controller. When customers use our infrastructure to process their own data, Cyber Wurx acts as a data processor, and we will process such data only under the customer’s instructions and applicable agreements.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We may share data with:

  • Service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting and email providers) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, which screens our website contact forms for spam and abuse and receives limited browser and device information when a page with a form is loaded (see Section 6 – Cookies).
  • Law enforcement or regulators where required by law.
  • Business transfers: If Cyber Wurx is merged, acquired, or sold, your data may be part of the transferred assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill billing obligations, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Payment information is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to process transactions. Messages you send through our website contact forms are delivered to us by email and are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our marketing website does not set cookies on visitors who simply browse it. The only cookies and similar technologies involved are:

  • Essential session cookies set by our ordering system and Customer Center when you place an order or sign in. These are needed for those services to work.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, loaded only on pages that contain a contact or quote form, to protect the form from spam and abuse. Google may set a cookie and collect browser and device information, which Google handles under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, which let you block or delete cookies. If you disable cookies, some parts of our websites, such as ordering and the Customer Center, may not function properly.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: We do not track visitors across websites, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing for these browser signals to opt out of.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing legal@cyberwurx.com with “Appeal” in the subject line.

8. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) to ensure adequate protection.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (U.S.) or under 16 (EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
