Our monitoring system continuously checks your server’s key services and network reachability. If a problem is detected, we’ll automatically open a support ticket and begin investigating — no waiting for you to notice something is wrong. You’ll also receive an immediate email alert when your server goes down, and another when it comes back online.
Proactive Response
When an outage is detected, our on-site staff will start basic troubleshooting right away. This may include verifying system power, checking console output through physical access, or other preliminary diagnostics to identify the issue. If necessary, we’ll contact you for system credentials or next-step authorization.
One Hour of Included Remote Hands Labor
Every Enhanced Monitoring plan includes one hour of remote hands labor per month to help diagnose or resolve issues during an incident. This time can be used for tasks like:
- Rebooting an unresponsive system
- Checking console messages or BIOS output
- Inspecting hardware for fault indicators
- Providing KVM access for your use
