Cyber Wurx LLC – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains how you may use Cyber Wurx LLC (“Cyber Wurx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services.

By using our services, you (“Customer”) agree to follow this Policy, along with all applicable laws and regulations. This Policy is part of your overall agreement with Cyber Wurx. We may update it from time to time, and your continued use of our services means you accept those updates.

Do’s

• Be of legal age. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to this Policy on your behalf.
• Use services responsibly. Keep your systems secure, respect other users, and use our network in lawful ways.
• Protect your account. Use strong passwords and make sure your access credentials are not shared. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• Follow the law. Make sure your content and activities comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property, data protection, and privacy rules.

Don’ts

You may not use Cyber Wurx services for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose. Examples include (but are not limited to):

Illegal or Harmful Content

• Don’t host, share, or transmit anything illegal (e.g., pirated software, malware, hacking tools).
• Don’t distribute obscene, defamatory, threatening, or abusive content.
• Don’t host or promote content that exploits or endangers minors.

Attacks and Security Violations

• Don’t launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, port scans, proxy scans, mail bombs, or similar activities.
• Don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to Cyber Wurx systems or any other network.
• Don’t interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure or other customers’ services.

Email and Spam

• Don’t send unsolicited bulk messages (“spam”).
• Don’t post unauthorized commercial messages to newsgroups, forums, or mailing lists.

Adult Content

• If hosting adult content, you must include an age disclaimer and exit option.
• You must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements and provide documentation if requested.

Cryptocurrency Mining

• Don’t run cryptocurrency mining systems in Cyber Wurx facilities without our prior written approval.

Our Rights

• We may update this Policy at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your service — without refund — if you violate this Policy or the law.
• We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate.

Enforcement

• This Policy applies for the full duration of your service subscription and renews automatically with your account.
• If you break these rules, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your services.
• We may involve law enforcement if your activities break the law.
