Shipping & Package Delivery

Instructions for Shipping Packages to Us
  • Address all packages to: 1130 Powers Ferry Place, Marietta, GA 30067
  • Packages must include your account holder name or username formatted as “[Username] c/o Cyber Wurx” — for example: JohnDoe c/o Cyber Wurx. Packages that are not properly addressed may be misdelivered or rejected by the courier.
  • Before shipping equipment, open a support ticket in the Customer Center so we know to expect your delivery and can plan for receiving it.
  • We accept deliveries from all major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS during normal business hours. For after-hours or same-day deliveries, please note this in your ticket in advance.
  • Cyber Wurx is not responsible for packages that arrive without prior notification via ticket, or that are not properly labeled.
  • For large shipments (pallets, multiple racks, heavy equipment), open a ticket in advance to coordinate scheduling and unloading.

Need to Hand-Deliver?

Clients wishing to bring equipment in person must check in at the main security desk. Please bring a valid photo ID and your account information. Access to the data center floor requires advance authorization — open a ticket in the Customer Center before your visit to ensure smooth entry.
